Gordon Ramsay heads to Jefferson, Louisiana, to help relaunch traditional Southern cuisine restaurant 3 Southern Girls, which is owned and run by Gabi, with the help of her sister Tia and best friend Monchel. After a car accident left Gabi's son Makhi fighting for his life, the business was forced to close its shutters for more than a month.
