The team is called to investigate when college student Miles Novak is murdered. A fellow fraternity pledge admits to taking the victim's laptop under the order of the house to which he hoped to be accepted, but the case is hindered by a tight secrecy that prevents him from explaining why. Carrie relies on her memory to make a connection, but an invite to a party leads her into danger
