The chef's journey takes him to Catalonia in his bespoke vintage food truck, beginning on the Ebro Delta. Tom is set to work by Juan, a rice farmer who is also Spain's Strongest Man. He discovers the backbreaking work required to work in harmony with local birdlife. The host's journey then takes him to Lleida, the produce heartland of Catalonia, for what could be the first day of the donut peach season
