Will defends a woman alleged to have hired someone to kill her husband, but during the case he becomes convinced Judge Harrison Creary (guest star Judd Hirsch) is biased against his client. Along with Alicia he realises they have to risk consequences within the judicial community and demand a hearing to decide whether a different judge should take over the case.
