Prayer and Reflection from the Palpung Changchub Dargyeling Tibetan Buddhist centre in Brynmawr, blaenau Gwent. The prayers, chants and mantras are led by Choje Lama Rabsang. This traditional devotional practice is dedicated to Guru Rinpoche or Precious Teacher, a Buddhist master from the eighth century who is considered the Second Buddha in Tibetan Buddhism and known as one who removes obstacles
