A severely battered young stray is brought to the shelter in a terrible state - covered in bruises and nasty open wounds - and the staff fear it might have been used as bait in dog fights. Elsewhere, Paul tries to help retired racing dog Willow overcome his fear of stairs so he can be taken home by potential new owners. The comedian also catches up with the Jack Russell-Staffy cross puppies from earlier in the series, and tries to wean them on to solid food - while resisting the overwhelming urge to take them home
