The expert teaches three hapless cooks how to create a Christmas feast

The culinary expert comes to the aid of cousins James, Jack and Leah, all of whom are terrible cooks, but want to learn how to prepare a spectacular Christmas feast so they can surprise their mothers. While the three novices get to grips with recipes including salmon pate, clementine-glazed ham with garlic potatoes, and red berry tiramisu trifle, they are joined by Alex Jones and Patrick Grant, who Mary sends off in search of ingredients. Finally, everyone gathers at Kent's spectacular Leeds Castle for a family feast to be remembered
