Logan and Barek investigate after a woman's mutilated body is found and learn she was a suspected drug smuggler who recently returned from a trip to Guatemala. Their inquiries take them to renowned plastic surgeon Dr Christine Hensel, who performed procedures on that region's poor inhabitants, but they realise she seems to be harbouring a secret.
