In Brixworth, Northamptonshire, rugby fan Ian wants to leave the property that he and wife Sarah bought together two years ago. With a toddler and a couple of dogs, their two-bed rural semi is bursting at the seams. However, Sarah believes the house has the potential to cater for a growing family and wants to stay - if they can sort out their dingy ground floor. Kirstie wants to open up the downstairs and drive a digger through the conservatory, but will Ian and Sarah like the idea?
