Laurie was a teenager when she moved in with Bruce Kellogg, a man twice her age. In May 1992, after 11 years of unhappy marriage it is believed she convinced four teenagers from her neighbourhood to kill him. However, doubts remain over whether Laurie was capable of masterminding the murder, and instead of being a killer was merely a victim of domestic violence
