Singer Alfie Boe, ex-rugby union player Alun Wyn Jones, reality star Ashley Cain, Gladiator Jodie Ounsley and comedian Noreen Khan compete to secure a place in the last quarter-final. They start by lifting their cloche to reveal a random ingredient to use in their first dish, before a blindfold test in which they must identify cubes of meat, fish or fruit by touch and taste only. Finally, they have one hour to cook a dish they would be proud to serve on their own food stall
