Music Meister is stealing the singing voices of all the people in Gotham. Now it's up to bashful Buff to gain confidence in his voice and use it to take down Music Meister. / To ease the burden on MOE, the Batwheels use his duplicating machine to make copies of their repair bot, but the Batcave is soon overrun when the machine breaks!
