The sleuth investigates a cleaner's death

A cleaner is found dead in her home and suspicion immediately falls upon her lodger, who is arrested and convicted of her murder. It appears to be an open-and-shut case, but Superintendent Spence begins to question the man's guilt and invites Poirot to help uncover the identity of the real killer. The Belgian sleuth teams up with crime writer Ariadne Oliver (My Family's Zoe Wanamaker) as he tries to crack the case.
