Staff prepare for their busiest time of year

Following staff at the castle as they prepare for the festive season, with Jen and her team in the wardrobe department working overtime on costumes for the castle's first pantomime, while Val and Charlie oversee the decorative transformation for the opening night banquet. Everyone is overjoyed when snow covers the grounds, apart from Michael, who is in charge of creating the perfect ice rink. The castle opens its doors for their annual charity event as the Royal Spa Brass band and St Mary's Choir team up for a festive service in the courtyard
