Quick Summary
An 89-year-old man is admitted with acute abdominal pain
About This Program
The 100th episode of the series focuses on the love between patients and their nearest and dearest. Sir John Cockburn, who's 89, arrives at St George's with acute abdominal pain and medics think it could be an abdominal aortic aneurysm and he faces emergency surgery. Meanwhile, 68-year-old Mick and his wife Linda have been involved in a head-on car crash. Mick took the brunt of the impact and has multiple injuries from top to toe that could be life-changing. The couple fell in love after leaving previous relationships, making a happy life together in their mobile home. And 10-year-old Niall is brought to A&E after falling 8ft from a tree on a family picnic. He's broken his arm so badly it looks like a banana, and orthopaedic doctors need to work out how to get it back in place
24 Hours in A&E broadcasts on More4 HD at 11:00pm, Sunday, 7 December 2025. (Subtitles, repeat)
