Alex Polizzi climbs aboard floating hotel the African Queen, situated on the Thames, to help owners Bonny and Andy Cowley improve their 30 per cent occupancy. Although she is impressed with the accommodation and quality of food on the 85-year-old Dutch barge, Alex fears Andy's approach to hosting is too zealous. She suggests he add extra touches to the bedrooms and spruce up the scruffy exterior, before inviting local businesspeople to a relaunch party
